All of those line items would reflect linked records in a linked table, and it sounds like you want to add new line items on the form.
You can’t add new linked records on an Airtable form, but you can do that within Airtable’s interfaces.
On your interface page, you would need to add a “linked record field” to your page, but in the right margin, set the “appearance” of your linked record field to be visualized as a “view” instead of a “field”.
Then, you can choose to display that linked record field as either a “list” or a “grid”. You can add new line items through that list or grid.
However, if you need this functionality to be on a form, you can accomplish this with Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable.
