I shared on our Wix site the Airtable calendar. All looks good. But if the public clicks on the View larger version link, along the bottom right, it opens larger and shows at the top Using “Reserved Date/time field, customize labels , filter and sort. Filter and sort is fine but how do I remove “using Reserved Date/Time and customize labels. It looks weird and confusing to public. I am on the free plan.
Hi all - I’ve got a calendar interface that shows my warehouses their upcoming schedule. It displays three different event types. Problem is, while all the events appear normally on the web app, only one type of event is showing on the phone app. I’ve double checked all the interface settings, filters, date fields, etc, and everything is correct. Why would certain events appear differently between desktop and phone? Here’s the same month view on desktop vs phone - note the 5/25 & 5/26 FMSC Closed events appearing on both.
I am trying to figure out an effective way to share a view with external collaborators. Companies like Smartsheets allow unlimited guest editors for no extra cost on their business plan, but it seems that with Airtable if I want to share my project plan with a customer just to mark tasks as complete we need to pay $10/mo/user for portals, or full price to get them into the company Airtable account. Are there any alternatives here? How have you guys accomplished this effectively?
Hi everybody, as you can see I try to connect my airtable with my ghost CMS and I click “yes” on the field where it says “include file content, because it seems an existing problemn with Airtable. But whatever I do in zapier, it still an outdated URL. Is there any workaroudn to fix this?

Does anyone have a current script that is parsing any emails beiing received in the new “trigger when email received”. What began as a course-to-community partner matching system has since evolved into our Master CRM and now also includes evaluation workflows.As we consider next steps, we’re wondering whether to split our workflows into separate bases to reduce strain or to consolidate further using scripting or other advanced methods. One of our key challenges is that our data is highly interconnected, which makes us hesitant to break it into separate systems without a clear strategy for preserving those relationships. I have 2 forms that a customer fills out - 1 is info about the company, which populates on the company table. The second is for the employees table and it collects info about each employee that works at the company. I currently have the form set up to collect the company info first, then they click “continue” and it redirects to the employee form. They then have the ability to fill out the employee form as many times as needed. I tried using a pre-filled link for this button to auto fill in the company name on the employee table linking the two, but that does not work. Should I be using an automation? Is there any solution for this that does not include using a 3rd app?Any ideas for linking the records is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

I have an IF formula to populate a name column. I’m putting in a substitute formula to remove extra spaces, and it appears to be accepted (no errors) but then it just vanishes. Can anyone give me a definitive answer to this question?I have a list Interface with 3 levels of heirarchy - Apiary, Hive, InspectionThis is for beekeeping. An apiary is a collection of Hives and Hives are inspected frequently.On desktop in a browser (Safari) I can click into the Apiary Details and scroll down to the list of Hives and add a new one.Still on desktop, when I expand the Apiary the interface shows its Hives as expected with an ‘+Add Record’ (why can’t I call them Hives?) button, and when I expand a Hive I can see the inspections as expected and at the bottom of the list of inspections is a ‘+ Add Inspection’. All good. Makes sense.But none of those things are available in mobile (iOS 18.3.2, iPhone 12 Pro)I can open an item at any level and edit that item but I can’t add new hives or inspections. Looks like this:Am I missing something? This is a key feature for me and being able to do this in mobile is really why I’m building this app.I read an announcement from a year ago
Is anyone else having issues with Page Designer today? For some reason, all of the builds I’ve created across multiple bases with Long Text fields (with rich text formatting enabled) aren’t displaying correctly. I’m just seeing numbers like 0, 1, 2, 3. We rely on rich text formatting to include links and emails in our letters, so I’m wondering if it’s an issue with our setup or if this feature is no longer supported. I also put in a ticket just in case it’s a temporary error, but wanted to see if anyone else in the community has the same experience.Selected in green is rich text enabled, and right side is just the long text field
My base has a people table and a calendar table. The primary field in the people table is name. In the calendar table, the people table is linked with a field called assignee. In the calendar table, the assignee field correctly displays the primary field name value in grid, calendar, kanban, timeline, gallery and list views, however in all ~100 gannt views my team has created the assignee field now incorrectly displays the airtable record ID of the linked record in the people table. This just began yesterday. Why is this happening?Am I able to change something to correct this?
Hi all,We've been using a Page Designer invoice setup for a few years without issue, but we're now running into a problem where the Address field isn’t displaying properly.Originally, the Address was pulled in via a lookup field. The field shows the correct data in the row, but Page Designer is displaying a “0” instead of the address.As a troubleshooting step, I also tried using a plain long text field with the address manually entered—but in Page Designer, it just shows a blank square. It’s like the field isn’t registering at all.Is anyone else running into this? Or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it?
Hi There!I'm developing a resource allocation base for my team, where tasks may involve multiple collaborators, each with distinct daily availability and varying percentages of time commitment. While assigning resources at the project level is an option, it doesn't accommodate the differing daily time percentages required by each collaborator. How can I structure the template to effectively account for these variables?
In our base, we have a field where users can select a project from a linked table. However, we want users to only select from existing projects, not create new ones. Currently, the small "+" button still appears next to the field, allowing users to add new projects—something we want to prevent.Is there an easy way to disable or hide the "+" button in a linked record field without locking or restricting the entire field or table for the user? Hi Team, I would like to understand, how to automatically reset the form sub-field values, when user change the parent input field. Here is a simple example,Form has two fields, Country and State which is dynamically populated using Linked record feature State field will be shown displayed, only when Country field is not-empty (ie, only when user selects the country, state field will be enabled for selection) Once user selects the Country and State, and when we clear the country selection, then automatically state field is getting disappeared as per the condition mentioned in step-2 When user selects the country again, State field is shown, but with previously selected value We do not want this field to show the users previous selection, because user has changed the country , hence we want user to reselect the state freshly and not showing the previous selected value

Hello Community,since this morning our teammembers, who only have access to our interfaces, are not able to run Airtable automations through buttons anymore. The buttons are greyed out and they get a warning saying "Not connected to an automation".However, when logged in through our administrator account (with full data access) the buttons and Airtable automations work as intended.We did not make any changes to the interface, database structure or fields, automations, or the users permissions and capabilities. No changes to anything recently. Overnight things just stopped working.Yesterday everything was working fine, today no automation can be triggered through a button unless it is the administrator account with full access to the data. What happened? What could that be?We need URGENT help here. 🙄
I’m trying to identify where a record has an expiration date and send an email identifying that record.I can automate an email that recognizes the expired date but can’t find a way to attach/send the identity of that record. I have a log (record from a table) and the entries have a field “expiration date”. My automation finds that record and sends an email that a record has expired. I need a way for it to not only do that but identify what record that expired (separate field). Is there a way to do that?
