Is anyone else having issues with Page Designer today? For some reason, all of the builds I’ve created across multiple bases with Long Text fields (with rich text formatting enabled) aren’t displaying correctly. I’m just seeing numbers like 0, 1, 2, 3. We rely on rich text formatting to include links and emails in our letters, so I’m wondering if it’s an issue with our setup or if this feature is no longer supported. I also put in a ticket just in case it’s a temporary error, but wanted to see if anyone else in the community has the same experience.Selected in green is rich text enabled, and right side is just the long text field
My base has a people table and a calendar table. The primary field in the people table is name. In the calendar table, the people table is linked with a field called assignee. In the calendar table, the assignee field correctly displays the primary field name value in grid, calendar, kanban, timeline, gallery and list views, however in all ~100 gannt views my team has created the assignee field now incorrectly displays the airtable record ID of the linked record in the people table. This just began yesterday. Why is this happening?Am I able to change something to correct this?
Hi all,We've been using a Page Designer invoice setup for a few years without issue, but we're now running into a problem where the Address field isn’t displaying properly.Originally, the Address was pulled in via a lookup field. The field shows the correct data in the row, but Page Designer is displaying a “0” instead of the address.As a troubleshooting step, I also tried using a plain long text field with the address manually entered—but in Page Designer, it just shows a blank square. It’s like the field isn’t registering at all.Is anyone else running into this? Or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it?
Hi There!I'm developing a resource allocation base for my team, where tasks may involve multiple collaborators, each with distinct daily availability and varying percentages of time commitment. While assigning resources at the project level is an option, it doesn't accommodate the differing daily time percentages required by each collaborator. How can I structure the template to effectively account for these variables?
In our base, we have a field where users can select a project from a linked table. However, we want users to only select from existing projects, not create new ones. Currently, the small "+" button still appears next to the field, allowing users to add new projects—something we want to prevent.Is there an easy way to disable or hide the "+" button in a linked record field without locking or restricting the entire field or table for the user? Hi Team, I would like to understand, how to automatically reset the form sub-field values, when user change the parent input field. Here is a simple example,Form has two fields, Country and State which is dynamically populated using Linked record feature State field will be shown displayed, only when Country field is not-empty (ie, only when user selects the country, state field will be enabled for selection) Once user selects the Country and State, and when we clear the country selection, then automatically state field is getting disappeared as per the condition mentioned in step-2 When user selects the country again, State field is shown, but with previously selected value We do not want this field to show the users previous selection, because user has changed the country , hence we want user to reselect the state freshly and not showing the previous selected value

How do I account for this in the template?I could theoretically do this on the project level BUT that does not take % daily time required into account. Any thoughts?

I'm working on a small Airtable automation to track monthly utility expenses by pulling data from a regional electricity provider’s site — the fesco online bill system. The challenge is that the site often loads slowly or becomes unresponsive, especially in the evenings.Has anyone dealt with similar issues when pulling data from sites that don’t have public APIs and aren't always stable? Hello Community,since this morning our teammembers, who only have access to our interfaces, are not able to run Airtable automations through buttons anymore. The buttons are greyed out and they get a warning saying "Not connected to an automation".However, when logged in through our administrator account (with full data access) the buttons and Airtable automations work as intended.We did not make any changes to the interface, database structure or fields, automations, or the users permissions and capabilities. No changes to anything recently. Overnight things just stopped working.Yesterday everything was working fine, today no automation can be triggered through a button unless it is the administrator account with full access to the data. What happened? What could that be?We need URGENT help here. 🙄
I’m trying to identify where a record has an expiration date and send an email identifying that record.I can automate an email that recognizes the expired date but can’t find a way to attach/send the identity of that record. I have a log (record from a table) and the entries have a field “expiration date”. My automation finds that record and sends an email that a record has expired. I need a way for it to not only do that but identify what record that expired (separate field). Is there a way to do that?
Hi All – I have a large base which essentially functions as a CRM. The first field in the base is “partner name” and the subsequent fields are information about the partner - location, bio, Linkedin profile, etc. We use the base to track engagement and other touchpoints with the partners. I want to build an end-user interface while allows my executive director to input the name of an individual from the base and then have it return a few specified fields. For example, the ED has an end-user interface and is instructed to input a partner name. After inputting the name, the interface returns Linkedin profile, bio, and last-emailed (all fields that we collect and keep up-to-date). I know it’s possible to just make my ED an editor and give access to the entire base but we have 50+ fields and I want an more user-friendly experience. Privacy is not the concern here, rather my ED doesn’t need to see all the fields and details in the base. Is this kind of build possible with an interfa

I am trying to set up specific filters after a user clicks a button to visit an interface page. It seems that there is no native way to do this given the options airtable gives you,. It also seems like there is no way to add url parameters to an http address but I thought it might be possible to just do this using url parameters and a http page.Maybe there is a way to do this with a script? I’d have to figure out what the parameter values for the filter are, and then also have some way to redirect to a new page which might not be possible in the airtable scripting environment.
I received some interesting info about the new portals feature and have filled out the stupid sales form (because I have an enterprise account) but no one seems to want to help me. Sad that I’m having to go these lengths given that I THINK the feature might actually be valuable enough for me to waste my time trying to track down a person. Hoping some will route this to someone. I'm trying to use a web app deployed via Google Apps Script inside Airtable Extensions and Automations by selecting "Run a script." However, I'm encountering the following error:Response status was 302 'Moved Temporarily' but redirect mode was set to 'error'Despite this error, the action triggered by the request is actually executed successfully.I tested the same request using Thunderclient and did not encounter the error — everything worked as expected.Searching the community, I found a workaround suggesting the creation of a webhook to handle the requests. I implemented this through Zapier, and using the webhook, the requests now run successfully within Airtable (both in Extensions and Automations).However, this setup isn't ideal for me because it adds an unnecessary (and paid) middle step just to retrieve a simple success response from my Apps Script API.My questions: Is there a way to configure Airtable to prevent or handle this 302 error directly? Or, is there a better solution

I have a script that is using a repeating group to batch process a couple of records sent through output.set() If one of the scripts fails it doesn’t seem to register that error in the overall automation. See image below, individual script failed, overall automation is giving me the green light. I noticed that the script wasn’t behaving correctly on some records but having the script not throw errors is potentially dangerous as problems stay hidden.
I am looking to create a form that will collect referrals from teachers that will store all the referrals in one place for those responding to these referrals to be able to act on them and then have the outcomes of those actions be shared out automatically preferably via email but I would also like the referral data to be easily sortable into specific students as reports that can be printed and have the ability to attach other files to these referrals. I would l also like to be able to analyze all of the data for trends and patterns as well as look at individual student data for trends and patterns. I have no idea where to begin and if airtable can even do something like this.
Hi all,I just sent this in as a product idea but I wanted to see if it’s a pain-point for anyone else?I love the layout flexibility of the Blank interface template for building a dashboard but it’s missing a bunch of newer functionality because it’s a legacy template.The newer Dashboard template has some of that newer functionality (hierarchy, click into number elements), but doesn’t allow me to have elements side by side unless they have the same source table (group)There’s also no way to make what is functionally a sidebar element (one that spans vertically over multiple elements).Neither have Sort/Group/Search User Actions for List/Grid elements (like in the Record Review template) which I get for Blank but not for Dashboard, because Filter is an option but not the others.Without these user actions, I’m forced to make my user click a button at the top of the group that goes to a list or grid page with the same source so they can do what they should be able to do in the dashboard ele
